Q:  Does your practice accept insurances, in case I want to go this route?

A:  Yes. We accept and work with a very limited selection of insurances. If you want your insurance billed, we are happy to do so.​

 

 

Q:  What if I have insurance but want some of the benefits of Concierge Psych?

A:  If you use your insurance to cover your sessions, we unfortunately cannot offer Concierge Psych services, as your insurance will limit the length of your visits, the frequency allowed, and the total number of sessions allowed.  If you decide not to use your insurance, you can experience the full benefit of Concierge Psych services.

Q:  Do you have a sliding scale or provide any discounts for care?

A:  No.  We do not offer a sliding scale or discount the cost of care.

Q:  What if you don't accept my insurance, but I want to be seen in your practice?

A:  You can have Concierge Psych services, or we would also be happy to provide you with a "Super Bill" for every session that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Q: I found your practice and want to work with you, but I live in a different state. Can you work with me?

A:  Unfortunately, due to laws, it is only possible for you to work with us if you reside in the state of Oregon.

Q: For Concierge Psych services, what methods of payment do you accept?

A:  We conveniently accept credit cards and checks.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan for Concierge Psych services?

A:  Since Concierge Psych services are reserved with a retainer agreement, we can only begin to provide services once the full retainer amount is received and processed.

Q: What if I can't afford the Concierge Psych services but want to take advantage of the benefits?

A:  The Concierge Psych services are only available with the retainer.
